Most sessions work in one place. In the mind, or the body, or the energy field. This session works in all of them at once — tracking sensation, reading what sits beneath the surface, clearing what no longer belongs, and guiding the body to complete what it has been holding.

Alex does not follow a script. She follows what she sees and feels in the room. Every session is different because every body is different. What stays constant is the depth she is willing to go to, and the quality of presence she holds throughout.
